WilliamsMarston Welcomes Newest Valuation Partner Kyle Landers
WilliamsMarston, a national leader in complex accounting, tax, technology, transaction and valuation advisory services, has expanded its Valuation practice with the addition of Kyle Landers, a new partner based in Atlanta. Landers brings nearly 30 years of experience in the valuation of businesses, intangible assets and financial instruments for financial reporting and tax purposes.
Most recently a Principal at HDH Advisors, Landers advised clients on purchase price allocations, impairments, stock-based compensation, and complex transaction matters.

Throughout his career, Landers has provided valuation services in connection with bankruptcy reorganizations, REIT conversions, transaction tax structuring, fairness and solvency opinions, and gift and estate tax matters. He offers deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC accounting guidance, and the Internal Revenue Code, serving public and private companies across a wide range of industries since 1997.
Landers spent nine years as a Deals Director in the Atlanta Transaction Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and previously held roles with American Appraisal Associates, Adams Capital, and Creative Financial Group (now part of Synovus).
He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser through the American Society of Appraisers and earned his MBA from Georgia State University and a BBA from University of Mississippi.
