Zach brings five years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Zach has advised clients in the clients in the biotechnology, life sciences, private equity, real estate, and software industries on a variety of technical accounting matters including business combinations, lease accounting under ASC 842, process improvement and implementation, revenue recognition, and debt and equity instruments.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Zach was a Senior Associate in the audit practice of KPMG LLP in Chicago where he served both public and private real estate and investment management clients.  While at KPMG, Zach provided audit and assurance services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Zach is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
