Director – Accounting Advisory

Tyler brings more than 11 years of accounting and reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Tyler was a Senior Manager in Deloitte LLP’s Audit & Assurance practice. While at Deloitte, Tyler’s clients included both Fortune 500 and emerging growth companies in the aerospace & defense, life sciences & health care, technology, media, and telecommunications (“TMT”), and real estate industries. He provided assurance services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Tyler specialized in several complex accounting areas, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, business combinations, debt modifications, goodwill, and accounting for stock compensation. He also directed services related to due diligence procedures, secondary offerings, and other SEC reporting matters.

Tyler is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Economics as well as a Master of Accountancy – Audit Concentration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
