Sanjay Ramaswamy is the Chief Executive Officer of WilliamsMarston, a national leader in accounting, tax, technology, transaction and valuation advisory services. He brings more than 20 years of experience in operations management, strategic growth, and client development to the firm.

As CEO, Sanjay leads WilliamsMarston’s strategic growth efforts and oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring continued excellence in client service, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across the firm’s key practice areas. He joined the firm in 2024, as Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Sanjay was a Managing Partner at Ernst & Young LLP where he served as the Americas leader for Turnaround and Restructuring in addition to leading the East Region Accounts, where he drove double digit annual growth for his Fortune 100 clients. Before Ernst & Young, Sanjay held top roles at AlixPartners, Johnson & Johnson, McKinsey & Company, and the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, where he demonstrated a proven track record of driving growth and transformation.

Throughout his career, Sanjay has excelled in optimizing operations, mentoring teams, and implementing business strategies that support organizational growth. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from Pennsylvania State University.
