Senior Consultant – Tax

Ronald brings more than two years of M&A tax consulting experience to WilliamsMarston. 

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Ronald spent more than two years in the M&A transaction services group at Deloitte Tax LLP.  During his time at Deloitte Tax LLP, Ronald consistently served many of the firm’s largest private equity clients, driving complex structuring and tax due diligence projects, across a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, consumer products, and software, amongst others.

Ronald is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York and holds both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Masters degree in Taxation from St. John’s University.
