Manager – Accounting Advisory

Riley brings over four years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Riley has advised clients in the logistics, industrial products, advertising, healthcare and gaming industries. He has advised these clients on a variety of technical accounting matter such as mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, finance effectiveness, revenue recognition, ASC 842 – leases, ASC 350 and 360 impairment, and financial reporting.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Riley held various roles of increasing responsibility in Deloitte LLP’s Audit and Assurance practice. While at Deloitte, Riley’s clients included both public and private companies in the retail, healthcare, technology and media industries. He assisted clients with technical accounting and financial reporting matters including revenue recognition, accounts receivable valuation, debt modification, mergers and acquisitions, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Riley is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Auburn University where he graduated magna cum laude as well as a Master of Accountancy degree from Auburn University.
