Manager – Accounting Advisory

Peter brings nine years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, he has advised clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including SEC reporting, collaboration agreements, debt agreements, and revenue recognition. Peter has also served in various interim management roles, including as Accounting Manager for both private and public companies in the insurance and pharmaceutical industries.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Peter spent two years as an Accounting Manager at a widely recognized leader within the consumer insights and data analytics industry. During his time in industry, he assisted with the month-end close and financial reporting processes. He also served as the technical accounting lead and worked through various technical matters related to business combinations, share-based compensation, and leases. 

Prior to working in industry, Peter was a Manager in the Assurance practice at EY LLP in New York City. He primarily served clients in the biotechnology, life sciences, and diagnostic laboratory industries. While at EY, Peter assisted both public and private clients with US GAAP, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, IPOs, and follow-on equity offerings.  

Peter is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting degree from Syracuse University.
