Director – Accounting Advisory

Patrick brings over 10 years of accounting and reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Patrick is an experienced deal-focused advisor who supports his clients with the development and execution of their M&A vision and capital markets strategies. He specializes in financial reporting and technical accounting in domestic and cross-border transactions, including capital market offerings (IPOs and SPAC mergers), M&A, and carve-out divestitures. Additionally, Patrick advises his clients on complex accounting topics including revenue recognition, leasing, stock-based compensation, GAAP conversions and SEC reporting.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Patrick spent nearly 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in both the advisory and assurance practices across numerous offices, including New York City, Paris, Chicago, and St. Louis. Beginning in the PwC St. Louis Assurance practice, Patrick spent three years auditing public and private companies within the consumer markets, industrial products, manufacturing, and private equity industries. He then joined PwC’s Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services practices based in Chicago and New York City where he led teams advising clients across sectors on an array of complex transactions and technical accounting issues. Most recently, Patrick spent 2 years in Paris with PwC France where he advised European-based clients on cross-border transactions and U.S. public listings and the related accounting and reporting challenges under U.S. GAAP and IFRS.

Patrick is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of New York, Missouri and Illinois. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting from Saint Louis University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
