Director – Accounting Advisory

Olivia brings nine years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Olivia has advised clients on system implementations, revenue recognition, lease accounting, audit readiness, equity transactions, business combinations, consolidations, lease accounting, and SEC reporting. Her expertise includes matters pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, inventory, restructuring, consolidations and financial statement close processes. Olivia’s industry experience includes medical device, SaaS, consumer products, biotechnology, software and insurance. Olivia has served in interim management roles for companies in the insurance, capital markets, and education industries. She has also served as interim controller for multiple biotechnology companies, as well as assisted with various system implementations and process improvement projects.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Olivia worked in the Audit practice of EY LLP in Boston for two years. While at EY, her clients included large SEC registrants and a small real estate partnership.

Olivia is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from Boston College.
