Nicole Farmer brings 14 years of experience to WilliamsMarston where she supports clients in modernizing their financial consolidation and reporting environments through scalable OneStream solutions. Nicole partners with clients to translate complex reporting needs into streamlined, technology‑enabled processes.

Before joining WilliamsMarston, Nicole was with AIT Consulting, acquired by WilliamsMarston in 2025. Prior to joining AIT, Nicole spent over a decade at Koch Industries, where she held roles across financial reporting, accounting leadership, and OneStream systems management. At Koch, she partnered closely with global reporting teams to deliver end‑to‑end OneStream support, led platform upgrades, managed cross‑functional transformation initiatives – including AI‑driven financial data experiments – and collaborated on innovative approaches to data collection and reporting.

Nicole holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Emporia State University.
