Director – Healthcare Transaction Advisory

Nick brings over nine years of accounting and transaction advisory experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Nick was a Director in the Healthcare Transaction Advisory Services practice at RSM. While at RSM, he led buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements across the healthcare ecosystem. His experience includes quality of revenue assessments, EBITDA normalization, revenue cycle analyses, and net working capital assessments. Nick began his career in the audit practice of KPMG LLP, where he spent three years focused primarily on hospital systems.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Delaware.
