Manager – Tax

Morgan brings five years of tax accounting and compliance experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Morgan has focused primarily on federal and state income tax compliance for corporate, partnership and individual clients as well as on the accounting for income taxes under ASC 740, working on quarterly tax provisions and memos for corporate clients. He has provided tax services for clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, energy and investment industries.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Morgan was a Senior Tax Consultant in the tax practice at Deloitte LLP in New York. While at Deloitte, he provided federal and state tax compliance, as well as other tax consulting services to private equity clients. Morgan also served as a Tax Accountant at NKSFB, LLC where he provided private wealth tax compliance and tax planning services to a range of high-net-worth individuals.

Morgan is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Binghamton University.
