Prior to WilliamsMarston, Melanie led the recruiting function at Paradigm Advisory; worked for a Fortune 500 organization and was focused on recruiting talent for senior-level corporate positions; managed the recruiting function for a new CFO Advisory Services practice at a top 100 consulting firm recruiting talent in five major markets; and recruited accounting and finance talent for clients in multiple industries as an agency recruiter.

She began her career at KPMG after attending Augusta State University.
