Matt brings 14 years of accounting and advisory experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Matt spent the entirety of his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. While at PwC, he spent the last decade in the Deals practice providing financial due diligence services to both private equity and corporate clients with deal values ranging from $5 million to over $15 billion.

Matt’s financial due diligence experience includes acquisitions, divestitures, carveouts, and recapitalizations. His expertise includes evaluating the underlying integrity of financial information, quality of earnings, cash flows and net working capital. Matt’s experience covers a broad range of industries, with a focus on the technology industry, both domestically and internationally.

Matt is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University, as well as a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley University.
