Matt brings more than 16 years of accounting and advisory experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Matt was a Managing Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he spent his entire career. While at PwC, he advised private equity and corporate clients on complex acquisitions and divestitures, specializing in financial due diligence. His work focused primarily on transactions in the healthcare, healthcare-adjacent, and pharmaceutical sectors, supporting deals ranging from millions to billions of dollars in value. Matt has deep experience across a broad range of subsectors within these industries and is known for delivering a best-in-class client experience on every engagement. He is also recognized as a leader in leveraging technology and data analytics to drive actionable, data-informed insights.

Matt is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Finance from The College of New Jersey, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
