Senior Consultant – Accounting Advisory

Maddie brings four years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Maddie has advised clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries on a variety of technical accounting matters including revenue recognition, business combinations, collaborative arrangements, SEC reporting and the accounting and reporting for complex financial instruments including convertible debt and warrants. She has also served as an interim senior analyst on the revenue team for a private healthcare technology firm.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Maddie held various roles of increasing responsibility in the audit practice at KPMG LLP Philadelphia. While at KPMG, Maddie’s clients included both public and private companies in the Life Sciences and Consumer and Industrial businesses industries. She provided audit and assurance services pertaining to IFRS and U.S. GAAP standards. She has advanced skills in D&A capabilities, project management, critical thinking, and communication/client experience.

Maddie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Penn State University, as well as a Master of Science degree in Accounting with Data & Analytics from University of Southern California.
