Lisa is a retired senior partner at Ernst & Young and a member of WilliamsMarston’s Strategic Advisory Board, where she advises the leadership team on growth and talent strategy, planning and execution as the firm expands its national accounting, tax, valuation, and transaction advisory services.

With 40 years of experience serving Fortune 100 and high-growth companies across technology, consumer products, life sciences, and industrial sectors, Lisa’s expertise spans strategic business development, crisis management, geopolitics, supply chain optimization, digital transformations, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, tax planning, risk management and IPO readiness. At EY, she held senior leadership roles in both the U.S. and Asia Pacific, where she built and scaled practices, and led global account management for Fortune 100 companies. She also served on EY’s Global and Americas Governance Councils, providing oversight and advice on firm-wide policy on quality, ethics, and innovation.

A CPA and SEC-qualified financial expert, Lisa was most recently a board member and Audit Committee Chair for HF Foods Group (NASDAQ: HFFG). She currently serves on the boards of The Serica Initiative and the All Stars Project of New York, where she mentors emerging leaders and champions economic mobility.

Lisa received her MBA degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
