Manager – Tax

Lee brings more than nine years of tax accounting and reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Lee was in the tax department at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Akron, OH for three years. While at Goodyear, Lee’s responsibilities included SEC reporting and US GAAP income tax footnote disclosures, SOX compliance, and coordination with the external audit team. He also oversaw the Canadian tax responsibilities including tax accounting matters, tax compliance, and CRA audit assistance.

Previously, Lee held various roles of increasing responsibility in the tax practice of EY LLP in Cleveland, OH for six years. While at EY, Lee served both public and private companies in the aerospace and defense, advanced manufacturing, energy, and food manufacturing industries, amongst others. Lee has experience with ASC 740 and accounting for income taxes, tax return compliance, internal controls, and advisory services. Lee ultimately oversaw his engagement teams to ensure timeliness and accuracy of related projects.

Lee is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio and holds a Bachelor of Science, Accounting degree as well as a Master of Accountancy, Tax degree from Southern Illinois University.
