Kyle brings 14 years of tax accounting, compliance, and advisory experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Kyle was in the tax practice of EY LLP in Cleveland for more than twelve years serving both public and private companies in the advanced manufacturing, consumer products, aerospace and defense, and life sciences industries, amongst others. Kyle has significant experience with ASC 740, accounting for income taxes, purchase accounting, internal controls, and US GAAP income tax-related disclosures, as well as experience with tax compliance, controversy, and advisory services. While at EY, Kyle led all his client engagements, overseeing the engagement team, serving as the chief client liaison, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the related deliverables.

Kyle is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Miami University (Ohio).
