Ken Marshall

Ken is a seasoned financial executive and a member of WilliamsMarston’s Strategic Advisory Board, where he advises leadership as the firm scales its national presence and deepens its services for public, private, and private equity-backed companies navigating complex financial events and transformations.
With more than 38 years of experience advising complex finance organizations across banking, capital markets, data and clearing services, and alternative asset management, Ken served as lead or signing partner at EY for many of the firm’s most complex accounts—including UBS, Morgan Stanley, Intercontinental Exchange, S&P Global, and The Carlyle Group—building trusted relationships with C-suite executives and boards.
Ken played a pivotal role in building EY’s Americas Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) practice into a $750 million business advising CFOs through transactions, transformations, and operational change. He led the team through significant growth, creating new opportunities for both clients and colleagues, and helped establish FAAS as one of the firm’s top-performing practices.
Ken is Chairman of the Board of Trustees at DePaul Catholic High School and serves on the Finance and Investments Committees of St. Joseph’s Health. He earned a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College, summa cum laude, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a CPA and a member of the AICPA, NYSSCPA, and the Virginia Board of Accountancy.
