Director – Tax

Keith brings 14 years of corporate income tax accounting and compliance experience to WilliamsMarston. While at WilliamsMarston, Keith has advised clients on ASC 740, accounting for income taxes, including the preparation of the corporate income tax provision and the related financial statement disclosures, income tax compliance and other corporate tax matters. Keith’s industry experience includes biotechnology, life sciences, manufacturing and technology.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Keith worked in EY LLP’s Global Compliance & Reporting practice in Boston. While at EY, he performed audits of clients’ ASC 740 calculations for multinational and domestic entities, prepared US federal and state income tax returns, and performed a wide variety of domestic and international tax advisory services.

Keith holds a Master of Science in Business Administration degree as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree with concentrations in Chemistry and Accounting from Salve Regina University.
