Justin brings 17 years of accounting and reporting experience to WilliamsMarston and specializes in assisting clients through execution of key strategic initiatives. He provides leadership and expertise to arrive at desired outcomes through aligning technical requirements with pragmatic solutions. Justin’s clients range from private equity through large publics and his clients benefit his experience ranging from transaction-related events including acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and capital markets transactions to GAAP-change and other accounting-related events or initiatives.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Justin was a Managing Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s Capital Market and Accounting Advisory Services (“CMAAS”) practice. Prior to PwC, Justin spent five years in the assurance practice at KPMG.

Justin is a Certified Public Accountant in Georgia and holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Georgia.
