Josue Kandinshobwire

Josue brings 3 years of valuation and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. His valuation expertise includes valuation of complex debt and equity instruments, ASC 718 stock-based compensation, IRC 409a, mergers and acquisitions and ASC 606 revenue recognition. Since joining WilliamsMarston, he has advised clients in the software, biotechnology, life sciences and manufacturing industries.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Josue was an Analyst at Oracle Capital, LLC where he performed valuation services to both publicly-traded and privately-held companies. Prior to Oracle Capital, Josue worked as a Financial Planning Associate for TCI Wealth Advisors where he evaluated investment options, implemented account allocations with respect to client’s investment objectives, and audited and implemented programmatic data validation design and workflows to extract, rationalize and report financial data to the Chief Operating Officer.

Josue holds a Masters of Science in Financial Mathematics from the University of Arizona, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Accounting from Daystar University.
