Director – Accounting Advisory

Josh brings more than 11 years of accounting and reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Josh served as a technical accounting and financial reporting leader at a large, privately-held manufacturing company, with previous experience in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s Assurance practice and RSM’s advisory practice.  Throughout his career, Josh’s clients have included both public and private companies primarily in the manufacturing, technology, and distribution industries, to whom he advised on complex transactions or supported through assurance services under both U.S. GAAP and IFRS.

Josh is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and holds a Master’s of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor’s of Science in Accountancy, both from Wake Forest University.
