Director – Accounting Advisory

Jennifer brings 11 years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Jennifer led the Technical Accounting department in a publicly traded healthcare company in Miami. Jennifer also previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for eight years, which included a secondment in the United Kingdom. While at PwC, Jennifer served public and private clients in the healthcare, banking and insurance industries. Her experience includes assurance services pertaining to US GAAP, IFRS and UK GAAP; implementation of ASC 842 and ASC 606; Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; as well as accounting analysis over technical areas such as business combinations, stock-based compensation, warrants, goodwill and intangibles and variable interest entities.

Jennifer is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance, as well as a minor in Economics, from Florida International University.
