Senior Consultant – Accounting Advisory

Jen brings five years of accounting and reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Jen has assisted clients in several industries including life sciences, biotechnology, and advertising. Jen has advised clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including SEC reporting, SOX compliance, stock-based compensation, lease accounting and revenue recognition under ASC 606. She also has served as a Revenue Accountant for an advertising/technology company.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Jen held various roles of increasing responsibility in PwC’s Assurance practice. While at PwC, Jen’s clients mainly included public companies in the insurance industry. She provided assurance services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Richmond.
