Director – Transaction Advisory

Jeff brings over eight years of accounting and advisory experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Jeff spent four years in Alvarez & Marsal’s Transaction Advisory Group, where he led financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients, with a focus on the software and technology industry. Earlier in his career, Jeff spent four years in the Deal Advisory practice at KPMG LLP.

Jeff specializes in providing buy- and sell-side financial due diligence in support of buyouts, carve-outs, and recapitalizations. He advises clients on a broad range of transaction-related matters, including analysis of recurring EBITDA and cash flow, revenue and retention analytics, complex carve-out situations, net working capital, and purchase price adjustment mechanisms. Jeff has advised on over 100 transactions ranging from $10 million to $2 billion in enterprise value, supporting clients across a broad range of industries, both domestically and internationally.

Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting, as well as a Master of Accounting degree, from Penn State University.
