Jay brings more than 27 years of deals and valuation leadership experience to WilliamsMarston.

Since joining WilliamsMarston, Jay has advised clients on a variety of valuation matters in the areas of financial reporting, tax reorganizations, acquisitions, divestitures, estate tax, and strategic decision-making.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Jay held various leadership roles in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s Deals Consulting practice. While at PwC, Jay’s clients included both public and private companies in a myriad of industries, including consumer markets, healthcare, industrial products, pharma, and telecommunications, among others.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Brigham Young University and a Masters in Business Administration from University of California – Los Angeles and is a Chartered Financial Analyst®.
