Director – Transaction Advisory

Javier brings 10 years of accounting and advisory experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Javier was a Senior Manager in BDO LLP USA’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he provided financial due diligence services to private equity firms, corporate investors, and founders. While at BDO USA, he was based in Miami and focused on middle-market transactions across North America and Latin America. Prior to BDO USA, Javier worked in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at PwC Spain, where he had previously started his career in public accounting.

Javier’s financial due diligence experience includes acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and recapitalizations. He has provided advisory services to buyers, sellers, and lenders, and his transaction experience covers a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, technology, audiovisual production, automotive retail, and real estate.

Javier holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Law from San Pablo CEU University, and an MBA from Georgetown University.
