Manager – Accounting Advisory

Jared brings seven years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Jared has advised clients in the biotechnology, life sciences, hospitality, and manufacturing industries on a variety of technical accounting matters including business combinations, licensing arrangements, SEC reporting, pay vs. performance, stock-based compensation and consolidation. He has also served as an interim accounting manager for a public biotechnology company.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Jared was a Senior Associate in the Assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York where he served private clients primarily in the healthcare, pharmaceutical and higher education industries. While at PwC, Jared provided services pertaining to US GAAP and OMB Uniform Guidance compliance. His experience includes lease accounting under ASC 842 and revenue recognition under ASC 606.

Jared is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Supply Chain Management from Binghamton University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
