Jake Fells brings 16 years of enterprise performance management, financial planning, and operational analytics experience to WilliamsMarston. At WilliamsMarston, Jake advises clients on the design and implementation of scalable OneStream solutions. He partners closely with organizations to enhance reporting accuracy, streamline consolidation processes, and build unified financial platforms that support data‑driven decision‑making.

Before joining WilliamsMarston, Jake was with AIT Consulting, acquired by WilliamsMarston in 2025. Prior to AIT, Jake held roles within financial organizations focused on enterprise management systems, financial planning and analysis, and accounting. He has served clients across a variety of industries including technology, manufacturing and distribution, oil and gas, and financial services.

Jake is a OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) – Lead Architect R1 and holds authorization in OneStream Sensible Machine Learning Model Builder and OneStream Essentials.

Jake holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Northern Colorado.
