Manager – Accounting Advisory

Hannah brings eight years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, she has advised clients in the biotechnology, life sciences, technology, and professional services on a variety of technical accounting matters including lease accounting, revenue recognition, purchase accounting, debt transactions, consolidation and financial reporting. She has also served in interim management roles for both public and private companies in the biotechnology and professional services industries.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Hannah spent two years as a senior accountant within a global organization in the medical device industry. During her time in industry, she contributed to technical accounting matters including financial reporting, revenue recognition and lease accounting.

Prior to working in industry, Hannah spent more than three years in the Audit practice of EY LLP in Boston, where her clients included public and private companies in the medical device, biotechnology, and real estate industries. She provided assurance services pertaining to revenue recognition, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and financial reporting.

Hannah is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Management from the University of New Hampshire.
