Manager – Accounting Advisory

Grace Ann brings four years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Grace Ann has advised clients in the life sciences, media and entertainment, digital assets, consumer products, and software-as-a-service industries on a variety of technical accounting matters including revenue recognition under ASC 606, business combinations, convertible debt, debt modifications, preferred stock, stock-based compensation, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Grace Ann was a senior associate at Centri Business Consulting where she prepared and managed several public filings per quarter. Prior to Centri, Grace Ann worked at KPMG LLP in the Accounting Advisory Practice in Boston where she assisted clients on IPO Readiness engagements and complex technical accounting topics.

Grace Ann is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Boston College where she graduated with a concentration in Accounting and a co-concentration in Managing for Social Impact and the Public Good.
