Executive Assistant

Erin is the Executive Assistant to Co-Founders and Managing Partners Jonathan Marston and Landen Williams, as well as Sanjay Ramaswamy, Chief Executive Officer. She previously held roles at Ethos Capital and Acadian Asset Management, where she supported executives, assisted with business relations, and internal communications. Erin also led administrative teams and organized employee events and community engagement initiatives. Earlier in her career, she worked at BNY Mellon in Private Banking and Charitable Giving. Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in History with a concentration in Education from Assumption College and a Master’s in Organizational Communications from Northeastern University.
