Senior Consultant – Tax

Elizabeth brings more than 4 years of accounting and reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Elizabeth held various roles of increasing responsibility at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as well as at software and financial services companies. While at PwC, Elizabeth’s clients included both public and private companies in the software, manufacturing, and utilities industries. She focused on matters such as ASC 740 accounting and reporting, including the preparation of the corporate income tax provision and the related financial statement disclosures, as well as both direct and indirect tax compliance.

Elizabeth is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Bentley University where she graduated Cum Laude, as well as a Master’s degree in Taxation from Bentley University where she graduated Cum Laude.
