Ed Speidel

Ed brings 3 years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.​ Since joining WilliamsMarston, Ed has supported clients in the life sciences and biotechnology industries. He has advised clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including consolidations, business combinations, preferred stock arrangements, convertible debt, revenue recognition, lease accounting, SEC reporting and debt and equity financing.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Ed was a Senior Associate in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston, where his clients included both public and private companies in the technology, retail and aerospace and defense sectors. While at PwC, Ed provided services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He also assisted clients on a variety of technical accounting matters including lease accounting, revenue recognition and stock-based compensation.​

Ed is a Certified Public Accountant in New Hampshire and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire, where he graduated summa cum laude.
