Doug brings more than three decades of experience building high‑performing organizations and aligning talent strategy with business growth across healthcare, financial services, and aerospace and defense.

Before joining WilliamsMarston, Doug served as Chief People Officer at Access Information Management, a Berkshire Partners portfolio company, where he led global HR strategy, organizational redesign, and the development of the company’s first global HR team. His leadership supported significant expansion, multiple acquisitions, and the implementation of a modern HR technology platform. Doug previously held senior HR leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, Wellington Management, and The MENTOR Network.

He holds an M.B.A. from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
