Daniella brings seven years of corporate income tax accounting and compliance experience to WilliamsMarston. Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Daniella worked at Ernst & Young LLP’s Tax Global Compliance & Reporting practice in Cleveland, Ohio. While at EY, Daniella advised clients on income tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax planning matters and served on one of the firm’s largest clients. Daniella’s experience includes advising private and public firms in the manufacturing, healthcare, and life sciences industries on a myriad of topics including tax advice related to acquisitions, restructuring, disclosure requirements, prepared income tax returns, and reviewed and audited annual interim income tax provisions. 

Daniella holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Akron.
