Director - Valuation

Clint brings seven years of valuation and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Clint has advised clients in the asset management, financial services, real estate, technology, biotechnology, industrial manufacturing and agriculture industries. His valuation experience includes financial reporting matters such as purchase price allocations, complex debt and equity instruments, convertible debt, stock-based compensation such as options and warrant, preferred stock, earn-outs, derivatives and tax reporting matters.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Clint spent two years in the portfolio valuation and accounting group at Sixth Street Partners LLC in Dallas. While at Sixth Street, he provided valuation and modeling support of portfolio company investments including their complex convertible and warrant instruments. His industry experience includes real estate, energy, sports and entertainment and technology, among others. Clint began working in investment valuations as part of the audit practice at KPMG LLP in Dallas before leveraging his experience in valuations at Sixth Street.

Clint holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master’s in Accounting from Baylor University. Clint is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and is a Chartered Financial Analyst®.
