Director – Transaction Advisory

Chris brings eight years of accounting and advisory experience to WilliamsMarston. Prior to WilliamsMarston, he spent the entirety of his professional career at Deloitte, where he worked in the M&A Advisory Group for the last three years. Chris has successfully led buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects for both private equity and corporate clients, with deals ranging from $5 million to over $2 billion.

His financial due diligence experience includes acquisitions, divestitures, carveouts, and recapitalizations across various industries, with a focus on consumer products. Chris specializes in analyzing financial statements to deliver quality of earnings, cash flows, and net working capital analyses used within Client investment models.

He is well versed at executive level communications and achieving successful outcomes through collaboration with all stakeholders in the M&A process. Chris has a proven track record of coordinating with diverse, international, and cross-functional teams.

Chris is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the state of Georgia. He received a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Auburn University.
