Director – Accounting Advisory

Chris brings more than seven years of accounting and reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Chris worked in Deloitte LLP’s Audit and Assurance practice, most recently as an Audit Manager, overseeing numerous engagement teams comprised of both domestic and international professionals. While at Deloitte, Chris’s clients included both public and private companies in various industries, including Consumer Products, Construction, Manufacturing, and Aerospace & Defense. He provided assurance services pertaining to US GAAP, SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, GAAP/IFRS conversions, and has specific experience in the areas of ASC 606 Revenue Recognition, Inventory, Debt issuances, and complex accounting estimates.

Prior to his time as a Manager at Deloitte, he also held various positions in private equity and private equity backed companies, where he focused on acquisitions, process improvements, capital management, and budgeting and forecasting.

Chris is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
