Managing Director – Accounting Advisory

Charlie brings more than 19 years of finance and accounting transformation experience to WilliamsMarston, where he is a leader in their Finance Effectiveness offering.

Charlie is recognized for delivering high-impact solutions through dynamic project management and industry expertise, helping organizations achieve operational excellence and scalable outcomes.  He has a diverse industry background including Life Sciences, Retail, Manufacturing, Tech & SaaS, and Financial Services.

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Charlie was the Market Leader for Centri Business Consulting in Boston, where he led the office’s rapid growth and established a foundation for delivering exceptional finance and accounting services. Prior to Centri, Charlie served as the offering lead for Operational Excellence in finance and accounting at CFGI, leading complex transformation projects. During his tenure with CFGI, he also served as an Interim Director of Finance Transformation for several clients, acting as Chief of Staff to the CFO, overseeing organizational design, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.  Earlier in his career, Charlie was a Vice President with Santander Bank, N.A and held several leadership positions within Finance over a six-year period.  Charlie additionally has Audit & Assurance and Transaction Advisory experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and KPMG LLP respectively.

Charlie holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Connecticut College and an MBA and MSA in Accounting from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University.
