Managing Director – Accounting Advisory

Carl brings 14 years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Carl was a director in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Miami, Florida. During his tenure at PwC, he served private equity stakeholders and internationally based companies in various industries including healthcare, manufacturing & distribution, hospitality, and technology. He advised clients on U.S. GAAP and IFRS technical matters, including capital transactions, business combinations, hedge accounting, revenue recognition, leasing, stock-based compensation and more. In addition, he was in PwC’s National Office from 2020 to 2022.

Carl is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as a Master of Business Administration from Sacred Heart University.
