Director – Valuation

Bryan brings more than 15 years of tangible asset valuation experience to WilliamsMarston.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Bryan held various roles of increasing responsibility in EY LLP’s Strategy and Transaction practice. While at EY, Bryan’s clients included both public and private companies in the technology, telecommunications, biotech and life science, media and entertainment, utility / renewable power and real estate industries. He provided valuation services pertaining to allocations of purchase price for mergers and acquisitions, business combinations, impairments, bankruptcies and international tax. Additionally, he has provided other various valuation advisory services such as embedded software and personal property tax analyses, as well as asset useful life studies.

Bryan is a member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and holds his Machinery and Technical Specialties designation from the American Society of Appraisers, is certified as an Engineer in Training through the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
