Brett brings more than 12 years of real estate valuation and advisory experience to WilliamsMarston.

Brett’s expertise spans all major property types, including office, multifamily, retail, industrial, hotel/hospitality, development land, and healthcare facilities, among others. Brett has advised clients on real estate valuation matters for both financial reporting (ASC 350, 360, 820, 805, and 842) and non-financial reporting (fair market value) purposes.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Brett was a member of RSM US LLP’s real estate valuation team, where he advised both public and private clients across a variety of industries. His work supported financial reporting, audit, and compliance efforts, with a focus on delivering valuation insights aligned with US GAAP and other applicable regulatory standards.

Brett is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in multiple states. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from New York University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
