Manager – Healthcare Transaction Advisory

Brad brings more than six years of general accounting, financial reporting, and transaction advisory experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, Brad has supported clients in the healthcare industry on a myriad of financial due diligence matters.

Prior to WilliamsMarston, Brad was in the Financial Due Diligence practice of VMG Health in Nashville for 3 years. While at VMG, Brad advised on over 50 buy and sell-side transactions across numerous subsectors within the healthcare industry, ranging in size from single-provider practices up to entire health systems. Before VMG, Brad worked in the audit practice of KPMG LLP, where he provided assurance services for both public and private clients across numerous industries, including health sciences, banking, consumer products, and telecommunications.

Brad is a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee and holds a Bachelor of Science degree Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from The University of San Francisco where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and a Masters Degree in Accounting and Data Analytics from The Ohio State University.
