Partner – Accounting Advisory

Aric leads WilliamsMarston’s Accounting Advisory practice in Southern California and brings significant professional experience in accounting advisory, auditing, financial reporting, and executive management. Aric began his career in the EY LLP Audit Practice in the Bay Area, auditing some of the firm’s largest global TMT accounts. He also completed a 2-year international assignment in EY’s Global Headquarters in London, England, followed by 1-year in Brisbane, Australia.

Since 2018, Aric has been supporting public and high-growth private clients across many industries helping management teams solve their most complex accounting, finance, and transformation problems. As a trusted advisor, he has deep subject matter expertise in Revenue Recognition, Leases, Business Combinations, Debt vs Equity, and Stock-based Compensation among other topics. Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Aric led the Accounting Advisory Practice in California at CrossCountry Consulting.

Aric holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Brigham Young University and a Master of Accounting from the University of Utah. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California and an inactive IFRS Chartered Accountant in Australia and New Zealand.
