Senior Consultant – Tax

Andrew brings three years of corporate income tax accounting and compliance experience to WilliamsMarston. Prior to WilliamsMarston, Andrew was in the corporate tax practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Boston for two and a half years. While at PwC, his clients included a variety of private and public companies primarily in the biotechnology, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals industries. He provided year-end, interim, and quarterly ASC 740 support, including both audit support as well as provision preparation. Additionally, he assisted with federal, state, and international income tax compliance.

Andrew is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds a Master of Science in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with a minor in Law from Bentley University.
