Akshar brings four years of accounting and financial reporting experience to WilliamsMarston. Since joining WilliamsMarston, he has advised clients in the biotechnology, insurance, and farming industries on a variety of technical accounting matters including SEC reporting, revenue recognition, and credit agreements

Prior to joining WilliamsMarston, Akshar was part of the audit practice of Deloitte LLP’s Princeton, NJ office. While at Deloitte, Akshar served on the audit engagement team on one of the firm’s largest financial services client alongside various specialists working on all areas of the audit including reviews of the financial statements. Akshar’s experience includes both public and private clients within the Insurance and Financial Technology industries.

Akshar is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Financial Accountancy from Rutgers University.
