Adam brings eight years of accounting and transaction advisory experience to WilliamsMarston.
Adam began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he developed a strong foundation in audit before transitioning to the financial due diligence practice at KPMG LLP. More recently, Adam served as a Manager within the RSM Transaction Advisory practice in New York, NY. In his roles within Transaction Advisory, he performed buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for middle-market private equity and corporate clients, advising on transactions within a broad range of industries with a concentration in consumer products and industrial manufacturing. His extensive experience includes managing deal teams, leading go-to-market initiatives, and providing strategic recommendations for transactions with target purchase prices ranging from $10 million to over $1 billion. Adam is skilled in identifying key financial risks, calculating quality of earnings adjustments, and advising clients on net working capital and debt-like recommendations.
Adam is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, having graduated Magna Cum Laude.
